تشجيع الاستثمار .. البنك الأفريقي للتنمية تمنح أكثر من600 مليون فرنك للوكالة الوطنية لتشجيع الاستثمار

ظلت الوكالة الوطنية للاستثمار تعيش تسع سنوات بدعم من الدولة يقدر 42مليون فرنك قمري والذي كان يصرف فقط في دفع رواتب الموظفين ومع هذه المنحة المقدرة ب 600 مليون فرنك قمري تستطيع من خلالها الوكالة تحقيق هدفها المتمثل في إعطاء قيمة وتشجيع الاستثمارات المباشرة وغير المباشرة للدولة هكذا صرح مدير الوكالة الوطنية لتشجيع الاستثمار عبده كاتبُ
وقد وقع نائب الرئيس المكلف بوزارة الاستثمار جعفر أحمد سيد حسنِ يوم الخميس، وقع مع وفد من البنك الأفريقي للتنمية على وثيقة للموافقة على منحة 1,5 مليون دولار أمريكي 600 مليون فرنك قمري تقريبا وذلك لدعم مشروع تعزيز وتشجيع الاستثمار ويتم توفير هذا الدعم من الشهر الجاري وحتى فترة ثلاث سنوات قادمة
وحسب رئيس وفد البنك الأفريقي للتنمية برونو بوديت فإن هذا الدعم سيمنح في شكل مساهمة لهدف الحصول على نمو اقتصادي أكثر تنوعا ومن أجل خلق فرص عمل،
وأضاف أن هذا الدعم يأتي في كادر دعم الانتقال لمجموعة البنك الأفريقي للتنمية والذي يعطي الأولوية في تشجيع القطاع الخاص في الدول التي تمر بمرحلة انتقالية
وأشار ممثل البنك الأفريقي للتنمية أن هذا المشروع قد بدأ للتو في هدف مساندة الوكالة الوطنية لتشجيع الاستثمار، في إعطاء الأولوية وتطوير القطاعات التي تمثل أفضل فرص لجذب الاستثمار الخارجي المباشر و وضع ملف تعريف لهذه القطاعات ثم إعداد آليات التسويق المناسبة وذلك بتحديد المستثمرين المحتملين وأيضا تطوير قدرات الوكالة الوطنية لتشجيع الاستثمار لهدف تسهيل الاستثمار وتوفير خدمات ذات جودة للمستثمرين
وأشار بويدتس أنه يُنتظر من هذا المشروع ارتفاعٌ في مستوى الاستثمار الخارجي المباشر وزيادة التنوع في الاقتصاد القمري وأيضا رفع مكانة جزر القمر على المستوى الإقليمي والعالمي
ومن جانبه أشاد نائب الرئيس جعفر أحمد سيد حسنِ بجهود البنك الأفريقي للتنمية المتواصلة لمصلحة التنمية في جمهورية القمر المتحدةوأعاد للتذكير أنه من خلال هذه المنحة يخطو البنك الأفريقي للتنمية نحو الخطة المرسومة من رئيس الدولة وحكومته التي ترتكز في جعل جزر القمر دولة ناشئة في حلول 2030 وذلك قبل أن يشير إلى دور البنك الأفريقي للتنمية في حل مشكلة الطاقة خاصة في دعم البنك في إعادة تأهيل شركة المياه والكهرباء (ما- موي)
ويعود البنك اليوم لمرافقة القطاع الخاص في إعادة الهيكلة وليكون أشد تنافسا، ولا يمنعنا شيء في أن نكون بلدا ناشئا في حلول 2030 ولا بد أن نعترف أن التنمية في بلدنا ليست خرافة ونملك كل الفرص التي تجعلنا نشق الطريق نحو التنمية وذلك حسب قوله
